How do I know if I’ve put the wrong fuel in my car?
If you’ve accidentally put petrol in a diesel vehicle (or vice versa), do not start the engine. Call us immediately — misfuelling can cause serious engine damage if the engine is run with contaminated fuel. We can arrange towing to a specialist who can drain and flush the fuel system.
Do you deliver fuel to rural areas and dirt roads outside of town?
Yes — we cover not just Traralgon but the wider Gippsland region including rural roads and properties. Response times to very remote areas will be longer; give us your location when you call and we’ll give you an honest ETA.
I’ve run out of fuel on the Princes Highway at night — is it safe to wait?
Stay in your vehicle if possible, switch on hazard lights, and if you have them, place warning triangles behind your vehicle. Do not stand on the road. Call 000 if you feel unsafe due to traffic proximity, then call us. We’re experienced at highway fuel callouts and will get to you as safely and quickly as possible.
How much fuel do you deliver?
We typically deliver 5–10 litres — enough to get you to the nearest service station safely. We don’t carry full tank quantities. If the nearest servo is far away, tell us and we’ll factor that in.
What do I pay for fuel delivery?
You pay for the callout service plus the cost of the fuel delivered. We give you the full quote when you call — before we dispatch — so you know exactly what you’re up for.
