Our roadside vans are stocked for the most common breakdowns across the Latrobe Valley and Gippsland region. We respond 24 hours a day to Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Churchill, Sale, Bairnsdale, and all points along the Princes Highway corridor. If we can’t fix it on the spot, we’ll tow you to your preferred repairer — and you won’t be charged for a separate callout.

What’s the difference between roadside assistance and towing?
Roadside assistance is designed to fix your vehicle at the location where it broke down — without needing to move it. Towing moves your vehicle to a repairer or other destination. We always try to fix the problem roadside first. If that’s not possible, we convert to a tow.
Do you offer roadside assistance 24 hours a day?
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including all Victorian public holidays. Call (03) 4422 2135 at any time.
Can you fix my car on the side of the Princes Highway?
Yes. We regularly attend roadside callouts on the Princes Highway and Princes Freeway. Please ensure you’re as far off the road as possible, with hazard lights on. Our technicians are trained in roadside safety protocols and carry high-visibility equipment.
What if you can’t fix the problem on the spot?
If the issue can’t be resolved roadside — for example, a seized engine, a major mechanical failure, or a tyre that can’t be changed safely — we’ll arrange a tow to your preferred mechanic. You won’t be charged a separate callout fee for the tow if we attended the job as a roadside assist.
Do you cover RACV or insurance roadside assistance callouts?
